馬mǎ太tài福fú音yīn第dì二èr 章zhāng	Matthew 2
1 當dāng 希xī律lǜ 王wáng 的de時shí候hòu 、 耶yē穌sū 生shēng在zài 猶yóu太tài 的de 伯bó利lì恆héng ． 有yǒu 幾jǐ個ge 博bó士shì 從cóng 東dōng方fāng 來lái到dào 耶yē路lù撒sā冷lěng 、 說shuō 、	1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,
2 那nà 生shēng下xià 來lái 作zuò 猶yóu太tài人rén 之zhī王wáng 的de 在zài那nà裡lǐ 。 我wǒ們men 在zài 東dōng方fāng 看kàn見jiàn 他tā的de 星xīng 、 特tè來lái 拜bài 他tā 。	2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
3 希xī律lǜ 王wáng 聽tīng見jiàn 了le 、 就jiù 心xīn裡lǐ 不bù安ān ． 耶yē路lù撒sā冷lěng 合hé 城chéng 的de 人rén 、 也yě 都dōu 不bù安ān 。	3 When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
4 他tā 就jiù 召zhào 齊qí 了le 祭jì司sī長zhǎng 和hé 民mín間jiān 的de 文wén士shì 、 問wèn 他tā們men 說shuō 、 基jī督dū 當dāng 生shēng在zài 何hé處chǔ 。	4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born.
5 他tā們men 回huí答dá說shuō 、 在zài 猶yóu太tài 的de 伯bó利lì恆héng ． 因yīn為wèi 有yǒu 先xiān知zhī 記jì著zhe 說shuō 、	5 And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet,
6 『 猶yóu大dà 地de 的de 伯bó利lì恆héng 阿ā 、 你nǐ 在zài 猶yóu大dà 諸zhū城chéng 中zhōng 、 並bìng 不bù是shì 最zuì小xiǎo 的de ． 因yīn為wèi 將jiāng來lái 有yǒu 一yī位wèi 君jūn王wáng 、 要yào 從cóng 你nǐ 那nà裡li 出chū來lai 、 牧mù養yǎng 我wǒ 以yǐ色sè列liè 民mín 。』	6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.
7 當dāng下xià 希xī律lǜ 暗àn暗àn 的de 召zhào 了le 博bó士shì 來lái 、 細xì 問wèn 那nà 星xīng 是shì 甚shén麼me 時shí候hòu 出chū現xiàn 的de 。	7 Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared.
8 就jiù 差chāi 他tā們men 往wǎng 伯bó利lì恆héng 去qù 、 說shuō 、 你nǐ們men 去qù 仔zǐ細xì 尋xún訪fǎng 那nà 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ ． 尋xún到dào 了le 、 就jiù 來lái 報bào信xìn 、 我wǒ 也yě 好hǎo 去qù 拜bài 他tā 。	8 And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also.
9 他tā們men 聽tīng見jiàn 王wáng 的de話huà 、 就jiù去qù 了le ． 在zài 東dōng方fāng 所suǒ 看kàn見jiàn 的de 那nà 星xīng 、 忽hū然rán 在zài 他tā們men 前qián頭tóu 行xíng 、 直zhí行xíng 到dào 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 的de 地dì方fang 、 就jiù 在zài 上shàng頭tóu 停tíng住zhù 了le 。	9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.
10 他tā們men 看kàn見jiàn 那nà 星xīng 、 就jiù 大dà大dà 的de 歡huān喜xǐ 。	10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
11 進jìn了le 房fáng子zi 、 看kàn見jiàn 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 和hé 他tā 母mǔ親qīn 馬mǎ利lì亞yǎ 、 就jiù 俯fǔ伏fú 拜bài 那nà 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 、 揭jiē開kāi 寶bǎo盒hé 、 拿ná 黃huáng金jīn 乳rǔ香xiāng 沒mò藥yào 為wèi 禮lǐ物wù 獻xiàn給gěi 他tā 。	11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.
12 博bó士shì 因yīn為wèi 在zài 夢mèng中zhōng 被bèi 主zhǔ 指zhǐ示shì 、 不bù要yào 回huí去qu 見jiàn 希xī律lǜ 、 就jiù 從cóng 別bié的de 路lù 回huí 本běn地dì 去qù了le 。	12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.
13 他tā們men 去qù 後hòu 、 有yǒu 主zhǔ 的de 使shǐ者zhě 向xiàng 約yuē瑟sè 夢mèng中zhōng 顯xiǎn現xiàn 、 說shuō 、 起qǐ來lai 、 帶dài著zhe 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 同tóng 他tā 母mǔ親qīn 、 逃táo往wǎng 埃āi及jí 、 住zhù在zài 那nà裡li 、 等děng我wǒ 吩fēn咐fù 你nǐ ． 因yīn為wèi 希xī律lǜ 必bì 尋xún找zhǎo 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 要yào 除chú滅miè 他tā 。	13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
14 約yuē瑟sè 就jiù 起qǐ來lai 、 夜yè間jiān 帶dài著zhe 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 和hé 他tā 母mǔ親qīn 往wǎng 埃āi及jí 去qù ．	14 When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt:
15 住zhù在zài 那nà裡li 、 直zhí到dào 希xī律lǜ 死sǐ了le ． 這zhè 是shì 要yào 應yìng驗yàn 主zhǔ 藉jiè 先xiān知zhī 所suǒ 說shuō的de 話huà 、 說shuō 、『 我wǒ 從cóng 埃āi及jí 召zhào 出chū 我wǒ的de 兒ér子zi 來lái 。』	15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.
16 希xī律lǜ 見jiàn 自zì己jǐ 被bèi 博bó士shì 愚yú弄nòng 、 就jiù 大dà大dà 發fā怒nù 、 差chā人rén 將jiāng 伯bó利lì恆héng 城chéng裡lǐ 、 並bìng 四sì 境jìng 所suǒ有yǒu 的de 男nán孩hái 、 照zhào著zhe 他tā 向xiàng 博bó士shì 仔zǐ細xì 查chá問wèn 的de時shí候hòu 、 凡fán 兩liǎng歲suì 以yǐ 裡lǐ 的de 、 都dōu 殺shā 盡jìn 了le 。	16 Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men.
17 這zhè 就jiù 應yīng 了le 先xiān知zhī 耶yē利lì米mǐ 的de話huà 、 說shuō 、	17 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying,
18 『 在zài 拉lā瑪mǎ 聽tīng見jiàn 號háo 咷táo 大dà哭kū 的de 聲shēng音yīn 、 是shì 拉lā結jiē 哭kū 他tā 兒ér女nǚ 、 不bù肯kěn 受shòu 安ān慰wèi 、 因yīn為wèi 他tā們men 都dōu 不bù在zài了le 。』	18 In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.
19 希xī律lǜ 死sǐ了le 以yǐ後hòu 、 有yǒu 主zhǔ 的de 使shǐ者zhě 、 在zài 埃āi及jí 向xiàng 約yuē瑟sè 夢mèng中zhōng 顯xiǎn現xiàn 、 說shuō 、	19 But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,
20 起qǐ來lai 、 帶dài著zhe 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 和hé 他tā 母mǔ親qīn 往wǎng 以yǐ色sè列liè 地de 去qù ． 因yīn為wèi 要yào害hài 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 性xìng命mìng 的de 人rén 已yǐ經jīng 死sǐ了le 。	20 Saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young child's life.
21 約yuē瑟sè 就jiù 起qǐ來lai 、 把bǎ 小xiǎo孩hái子zǐ 和hé 他tā 母mǔ親qīn 帶dài到dào 以yǐ色sè列liè 地de 去qù 。	21 And he arose, and took the young child and his mother, and came into the land of Israel.
22 只zhǐ 因yīn 聽tīng見jiàn 亞yà基jī老lǎo 接jiē著zhe 他tā 父fù親qin 希xī律lǜ 作zuò了le 猶yóu太tài 王wáng 、 就jiù 怕pà 往wǎng那nà裡lǐ 去qù ． 又yòu 在zài 夢mèng中zhōng 被bèi 主zhǔ 指zhǐ示shì 、 便biàn 往wǎng 加jiā利lì利lì 境jìng內nèi 去qù了le 。	22 But when he heard that Archelaus did reign in Judaea in the room of his father Herod, he was afraid to go thither: notwithstanding, being warned of God in a dream, he turned aside into the parts of Galilee:
23 到dào了le 一yī座zuò 城chéng 、 名míng叫jiào 拿ná撒sā勒lè 、 就jiù 住zhù在zài 那nà裡li ． 這zhè 是shì 要yào 應yìng驗yàn 先xiān知zhī 所suǒ 說shuō 、 他tā 將jiāng 稱chēng為wéi 拿ná撒sā勒lè 人rén 的de話huà 了le 。	23 And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.
