馬mǎ太tài福fú音yīn第dì三sān 章zhāng	Matthew 3
1 那nà時shí 、 有yǒu 施shī洗xǐ 的de 約yuē翰hàn 出chū來lai 、 在zài 猶yóu太tài 的de 曠kuàng野yě 傳chuán道dào 、 說shuō 、	1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,
2 天tiān國guó 近jìn 了le 、 你nǐ們men 應yīng當dāng 悔huǐ改gǎi 。	2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.
3 這zhè 人rén 就jiù是shì 先xiān知zhī 以yǐ賽sài亞yǎ 所suǒ 說shuō的de 、 他tā 說shuō 、『 在zài 曠kuàng野yě 有yǒu人rén 聲shēng 喊hǎn著zhe 說shuō 、 豫yù備bèi 主zhǔ 的de 道dào 、 修xiū 直zhí 他tā的de 路lù 。』	3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
4 這zhè 約yuē翰hàn 身shēn穿chuān 駱luò駝tuo 毛máo 的de 衣yī服fu 、 腰yāo 束shù 皮pí帶dài 、 喫chī 的de 是shì 蝗huáng蟲chóng 野yě 蜜mì 。	4 And the same John had his raiment of camel's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey.
5 那nà時shí 、 耶yē路lù撒sā冷lěng 和hé 猶yóu太tài 全quán地dì 、 並bìng 約yuē但dàn 河hé 一yī帶dài 地dì方fang 的de 人rén 、 都dōu 出chū去qù 到dào 約yuē翰hàn 那nà裡li 。	5 Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan,
6 承chéng認rèn 他tā們men的de 罪zuì 、 在zài 約yuē但dàn 河hé裡lǐ 受shòu 他tā的de 洗xǐ 。	6 And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins.
7 約yuē翰hàn 看kàn見jiàn 許xǔ多duō 法fǎ利lì賽sài人rén 和hé 撒sā都dū該gāi人rén 、 也yě 來lái 受shòu洗xǐ 、 就jiù 對duì 他tā們men 說shuō 、 毒dú蛇shé 的de 種zhǒng類lèi 、 誰shéi 指zhǐ示shì 你nǐ們men 逃táo避bì 將jiāng來lái 的de 忿fèn怒nù 呢ne 。	7 But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
8 你nǐ們men 要yào 結jié出chū 果guǒ子zi 來lái 、 與yú 悔huǐ改gǎi 的de 心xīn 相xiāng稱chēng ．	8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
9 不bù要yào 自zì己jǐ 心xīn裡lǐ 說shuō 、 有yǒu 亞yǎ伯bó拉lā罕hǎn 為wèi 我wǒ們men 的de 袓zǔ宗zong ． 我wǒ 告gào訴su 你nǐ們men 、 神shén 能néng 從cóng 這zhè些xie 石shí頭tou 中zhōng 給gěi 亞yǎ伯bó拉lā罕hǎn 興xīng起qǐ 子zǐ孫sūn 來lái 。	9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
10 現xiàn在zài 斧fǔ子zǐ 已yǐ經jīng 放fàng在zài 樹shù根gēn 上shàng 、 凡fán 不bù 結jiē 好hǎo 果guǒ子zi 的de 樹shù 、 就jiù 砍kǎn下xià 來lái 、 丟diū在zài 火huǒ 裡lǐ 。	10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
11 我wǒ 是shì 用yòng 水shuǐ 給gěi 你nǐ們men 施shī洗xǐ 、 叫jiào 你nǐ們men 悔huǐ改gǎi ． 但dàn 那nà 在zài 我wǒ 以yǐ後hòu 來lái 的de 、 能néng力lì 比bǐ 我wǒ 更gèng大dà 、 我wǒ 就jiù是shì 給gěi 他tā 提tí 鞋xié 、 也yě 不bù配pèi ． 他tā 要yào 用yòng 聖shèng靈líng 與yú 火huǒ 給gěi 你nǐ們men 施shī洗xǐ 。	11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
12 他tā 手shǒu裡lǐ 拿ná著zhe 簸bò箕jī 、 要yào 揚yáng 淨jìng 他tā的de 場chǎng 、 把bǎ 麥mài子zi 收shōu 在zài 倉cāng 裡lǐ 、 把bǎ 糠kāng 用yòng 不bù滅miè 的de 火huǒ燒shāo 盡jìn 了le 。	12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.
13 當dāng下xià 、 耶yē穌sū 從cóng 加jiā利lì利lì 來lái到dào 約yuē但dàn 河hé 、 見jiàn了le 約yuē翰hàn 、 要yào 受shòu 他tā的de 洗xǐ 。	13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.
14 約yuē翰hàn 想xiǎng要yào 攔lán住zhù 他tā 、 說shuō 、 我wǒ 當dāng 受shòu 你nǐ的de 洗xǐ 、 你nǐ 反fǎn倒dǎo 上shàng 我wǒ 這zhè裡lǐ 來lái 麼me 。	14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
15 耶yē穌sū 回huí答dá說shuō 、 你nǐ 暫zàn且qiě 許xǔ 我wǒ ． 因yīn為wèi 我wǒ們men 理lǐ當dāng 這zhè樣yàng 盡jìn 諸zhū般bān 的de 義yì ． 〔 或huò 作zuò 禮lǐ 〕 於yú是shì 約yuē翰hàn 許xǔ 了le 他tā 。	15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
16 耶yē穌sū 受shòu了le 洗xǐ 、 隨suí即jí 從cóng 水shuǐ裡lǐ 上shàng來lái ． 天tiān 忽hū然rán 為wèi 他tā 開kāi了le 、 他tā 就jiù 看kàn見jiàn 神shén 的de 靈líng 、 彷fǎng彿fú 鴿gē子zǐ 降jiàng下xià 、 落luò在zài 他tā 身shēn上shàng 。	16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
17 從cóng 天tiān上shàng 有yǒu聲shēng 音yīn 說shuō 、 這zhè 是shì 我wǒ的de愛ài子zǐ 、 我wǒ 所suǒ 喜xǐ悅yuè 的de 。	17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
